What's the catch?
There isn't one. We want the most interesting women in NYC at our events. That's what makes the community special for everyone.
How selective is it?
We accept about 15% of applicants overall. We're looking for women who are interesting, ambitious, and bring energy to the room. You don't need to be a model or influencer.
Can I bring friends who aren't members?
Yes — members can bring guests. Better yet, tell your friends to apply too. Groups that apply together get fast-tracked.
Are the men vetted?
Thoroughly. Every male member goes through a detailed application including profession, references, and social verification. Your safety and comfort come first.
How long does the application take?
