Is the women's experience hosted?
Yes. Approved women are invited into hosted evenings, including entry and select table moments arranged by ICLUB.
Why is it structured this way?
The room works when it feels balanced, interesting, and natural. Hosting women well is part of how we build that environment.
How selective is it?
We accept about 15% of applicants overall. We're looking for women who are interesting, ambitious, and bring energy to the room. You don't need to be a model or influencer.
Can I bring friends who aren't members?
Yes — members can bring guests. Better yet, tell your friends to apply too. Groups that apply together get fast-tracked.
Are the men vetted?
Thoroughly. Every male member goes through a detailed application including profession, references, and social verification. Your safety and comfort come first.
How long does the application take?
About 2 minutes. Name, email, Instagram, one photo. We review within a few days and email you.
